Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement; EPIMS-SBA-26719-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, ABL Farms, Inc. The Project is the one-time maintenance of two existing culverts that will impact 675 square feet of stream habitat. To compensate for the impacts from the culvert maintenance, 0.05 acres of onsite stream habitat will be restored. The cannabis operation includes the cultivation of 3.32 acres of outdoor cannabis and the construction of accessory structures, access roads, fencing, and security lighting on a 10.05-acre property. Water will be supplied by one primary and two backup wells on the adjacent property (APN 099-420-013). The cannabis operation will maintain a 50-foot setback from the two ephemeral streams on the property.
