The project is the cultivation of outdoor cannabis in hoop houses totaling 3.62 acres with supporting uses including installation of a geocell and rock road base over the existing culvert that provides access to the project for stabilization reinforcement. The road/crossing needed to access the cultivation area is within APN 149-140-074.
