The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-24983-R5 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Moe Essa. The project is the cultivation of outdoor cannabis in hoop houses totaling 3.62 acres with supporting uses including installation of a geocell and rock road base over the existing culvert that provides access to the project for stabilization reinforcement.
