The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBA-28343-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Autumn Shelton. The project is limited to the use of one well and the restoration of 0.52 acres (22,500 square feet) of vegetation along Arroyo Paredon Creek related to the cultivation of cannabis and associated activities within six existing greenhouses and one new greenhouse on a 24-acre parcel.
