Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0185-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jack Motter. The project is limited to routine maintenance of a bridge over Winchester Canyon Creek and two at grade crossings which will be utilized for the cultivation of 15 acres of cannabis, as well as the implementation of an on-site stream enhancement plan, all on a 350-acre ranch located in Winchester Canyon.
