Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0008-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Art Olowski. The project is limited to the remediation of violations of Fish and Game Code that took place due to the illegal cultivation of cannabis. Remediation shall consist of the implementation of a restoration plan for 0.86 acre of annual brome grassland and California sagebrush scrub.
