Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0108-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Charles and Deanna Ludlam. The project is limited to the remediation of unpermitted grading within a tributary to Tepusquet Creek, as well as improving an existing crossing. An illegal cannabis cultivation operation impacted Fish and Wildlife resources, and the remediation of violations of Fish and Game Code will take place.
