The proposed project would involve renovation of a 2.5-acre area and installation of field lighting. Existing facilities that would be replaced or improved include the bathrooms, basketball courts, lawn bowling greens, open space areas, and pedestrian be replaced or improved include the bathrooms, basketball courts, lawn bowling greens, open space areas, and pedestrian walkways. The project would also involve construction of new shade structures, a full basketball court, installation of 30 new trees, and installation of three 80-ft LED field lighting poles. The existing lawn bowling green would be improved, and the southern green would be eliminated. The basketball courts and lawn bowling green would include timer-controlled lighting systems and the pedestrian walkways would include pedestrian lighting.
