Document Description
The project includes construction of a new joint Outfall Low Flow Pump Station/Plant Water Pump Station facility and rehabilitation of the existing Ocean Outfall Booster Station, Central Power Generation Building, Effluent Pump Station Annex (EPSA), and Standby Power Facility to repair and improve the reliability and efficiency of the existing Ocean Outfall System. Among other minor upgrades, a new 2-megawatt diesel standby generator will be added to the existing EPSA, which currently houses four existing generators. The project will occur entirely within the boundaries of OCSD's existing Plant 2 wastewater treatment facility located in Huntington Beach, CA.
