- Project is limited to five encroachments. Recent storm damage has resulted in watercourse diversions to atypical channels. There are undersized and damaged culverts downstream. Work shall open existing crossing structure (#5), relocate diverted water flow to natural channels (#3) and replace damaged and undersized crossing structure (#1, 2 and 4) with storm proof and low maintenance permanent crossing structures. No new culverts are proposed. Two undersized, pugged and significantly damaged culverts will be removed and replaced with low maintenance permanent rock fords. One rolling dip will be re-located approx. 200 feet uphill (southeast) ont eh existing road.
