Document Description
Project is located 5 miles north of the town of Soquel within the West Branch Soquel Planning Watershed, in Santa Cruz County, State of CA; UTM Easting 10593303 and Northing 4102668, Zone 10, NAD 83 or WGS 84, on APN 099-011-09. The project is limited to: removal and replacement of two culverts at watercourse crossing C and D, and an armored critical dip. Inlets will have trash racks installed and outlets will be rock armored with additional rock for energy dissipaters. Waterbreaks will be installed fifty feet on either side of both crossings, WLPZ road segments rocked for 100 foot, and bare soil covered with mulch and native grass seed. Temporary cofferdams will be placed upstream with 4 inch minimum diameter plastic pipes to divert water around channels for unrestricted flow if water is present during work activities.
