Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0034-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to LA County Dept of Public Works. The project is limited to the reconstruction the existing undermined grouted rip rap and installation of new ungrouted rip rap at Deer Canyon adjacent to Bridge 1209 on Lake Hughes Rd in the Angeles National Forest to prevent the bridge being damaged during future storms. The proposed project is to excavate and reconstruct existing grouted rip-rap and install approx 1,200 cy of rip rap on the downstream side of outlet. Equipment anticipated to be necessary to complete the project are dump trucks, loaders, crane, excavator, and a dozer. All excavated materials will be deposited at Lake Hughes Rd MM 9.54 and 13.88.
