Issue a Right of Entry Permit and subsequent easement to Caltrans to lands in Tomales Bay State Park for storm damage repairs to the Millerton Gulch Bridge and adjacent banks along State Route 1. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
