- No potential for significant impact to the environment is anticipated in compliance with CEQA S: 15300.4. If the project is implemented as indicated within the CDPR Project Evaluation Form, then it is exempt under CEQA S: 15303 - New Construction. The action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities according to CEQA S: 15300.4 as: "Construction or installation of park facilities such as kiosks, restrooms, small parking lots, interpretive signing or panels, fencing, signs, above-ground fuel and water tanks, mobile home pads with utility connections, camp host sites, fencing and gates, boat launching facilities, concessionaire structures, and tent cabins" (Class 3, Section 15303).
