- A radar will be installed on the 3 previously mentioned bridges, which will require the installation of a 4'x4' concrete pad for the Hamilton City and Ord Ferry bridges (Vina will use existing cabinet). A trench will be excavated from the cabinet to the bridge, where conduit will be placed and secured to underside of bridge.

- Proposed activities will take place within previously disturbed areas on and immediately adjacent to three different bridge structures with minimal vegetation removal and ground disturbance. The project will not result in any significant impact to the environment. The information collected by the radar gage will be used to monitor flows in the Sacramento River.
