Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0176-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to RH US, LLC. The project is limited to the construction of an approximately 27-foot long, 5-foot wide pedestrian bridge over San Clemente Creek. The bridge will be constructed on concrete spread footing partially located below top of bank but above the high water level. The concrete abutments will be approximately 4 feet long by 8 feet wide by 4 feet deep. The temporary displacement of soil will be approximately 110,000 square feet and the total permanent displacement of soil for both abutments is approximately 6,000 cubic feet. The abutment forms and reinforcing steel will be prefabricated off-site and then set in place with concrete. Work will be conducted when the channel is dry. No trees will be removed as a result of this project. Areas disturbed by Project activities will be reseeded with native grass seed.
