Document Description
The Project would replace the existing wet well, pumps, piping, valves and other mechanical equipment with similar newer equipment. The project would also add an underground emergency overflow storage facility. All replacements and the emergency overflow will be within the footprint of existing fenced site.

The pump station is located at the north end of the City, next to the railroad tracks and adjacent to the San Elijo Lagoon, which is accessed from an existing gated dirt access road beginning at north end of Rios Ave.
