After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15269 and Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines because emergency repair and restoration projects are exempt as defined in Section 15269 and because the County's radio and paging communications system is an existing facility as defined in Section 15301.
