Document Description
A culvert crossing at an unnamed feature on Rock River Road has been jeopardized by the intensity of storm flows crossing under the roadway, creating sinkholes behind the headwall. The proposed project includes replacement of the culvert and reconstruction of the roadway above the pipes. During the construction of the culvert facility, a temporary gravel detour road crossing the bed of the unnamed crossing will be implemented. The staging area for construction will be within the existing right-of-way adjacent to the culvert location.
