The project would remove and replace failed pavement on SB Interstate 5 at postmile 6.5/9.0 near Kettleman City. The scope of work will include the removal of the delaminated 0.10' RHMA-O overlay) and replacement with approximately 3,000 tons of HMA, traffic control, COZEEP and lane striping.
