Document Description
Install a temporary sandbag dam located underneath or adjacent to an existing footbridge over Butano Channel at Pescadero State Beach to control outflow and slow the entry of anoxic water into the laoon during breach events to prevent and/or reduce year 2017 mortalities from fish fill in Pescadero Marsh. The structure will be non-permanent and will be constructed out of materials that will allow for both rapid construction during the summer and the possibility of partial removal during winter, post breach.
