Project consists of the sale and transfer of 1,244 square feet of potential coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel where the portion of Cutthroat Avenue extending east of Beaver Avenue will be paved to facilitate a new single family residence. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.

Other Information
The project site is Cutthroat Avenue, located east of the intersection with Beaver Avenue. This pavement will connect to a new residence at 9020 Cutthroat Avenue in the northeast corner of Kings Beach, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.
