Maintain the existing highway. Caltrans proposes to cold plain existing asphalt concrete pavement and overlay rubberized hot mix asphalt hap graded in Fresno County at two locations. The first location is in Kerman and the second location is near Orange Cove. No additional right-of-way will be required.
