Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0051-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Towne Development of Sacramento.
The project is limited to trenching for an extension of a sanitary sewer line requiring the replacement of 5 culverts associated with seasonal drainages along County Roads 88 and 32 near the Town of Winters in Yolo County. The culverts will be replaced with new culverts of the same diameter and configuration. It is anticipated that minimal disturbance of habitat outside of the road prism will be required.

This is a small project consisting of necessary replacement of existing culverts following their removal to facilitate in-road trenching for placement of a sewer main for the Winters Highland development project. There is minimal disturbance, < 0.5 acres of overall seasonal drainage and associated riparian scrub habitat planned for this aspect of the overall project.
