The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the lead agency. The Lewiston Park Mutual Water Company proposes to remove the existing tank, and replace it with a new steel water storage tank of equal size, and SCADA improvements to allow the Lewiston Park Mutual Water Company water system and the Lewiston Community Services District water system to operate as one system, controlled from the Lewiston Community Services District water treatment plant.
