The project consists of removing an existing concrete foundation on the Conservancy parcel APN: 028-090-73. Heavy equipment will be utilized to remove the foundation and decompact the associated dirt driveway. The disturbed area will be revegetated and protected with erosion control measures. The purpose of this project is to restore the Conservancy parcel to its natural state and to remove a potential public hazard.
