Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0013-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sue Tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The purpose of the project is to remove six dead or dying Monterey pine (Pinus radiate) trees, ranging in size from 12 to 13 inches in diameter at breast height (DBH). The trees are considered hazardous with the potential to impact structures, residents, and pedestrians.
