It is proposed to remove a total of 4 inches of failed pavement and replace with 3 inches of dense-graded HMA and 0.1 feet of open-graded HMA over a full lane width in select areas that comprise 4 total miles of pavement. Other activities in the scope of work include traffic control, COZEEP, and lane striping.
