The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) will convert the Regional Reclamation Facility's (RWRF) existing Distributed Control System (DCS) to a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This upgrade will replace existing electrical/mechanical equipment within the existing facility footprint.
