The curb ramp project will provide Americans with Disabilities ACT Pedestrian Infrastructure in two sites located in Marin County SR 1. The northernmost site is known as Tamalpais Junction, which is the three-way intersection of SR 1 and Almonte Blvd in Mill Valley and the Manzanita Park and Ride.

The project proposes to provide ADA Pedestrian Infrastructure in two sites in TAM Junction and Manzanita Park and Ride. In both sites Caltrans proposes to develop new or reconstruct existing sidewalks and ramps; adjust cross-slopes of driveways; overlay pavement; restripe the road, install push buttons where needed and audible pedestrian signals on SR 1. Project was determined not to have significant effect on the environment.
