Reasons for Exemption
The project is exempt under Section 15304, minor alterations of the land, water and/or vegetation because it will remove invasive species and plant native species but will not remove healthy, mature and scenic trees. It is also exempt under Section 15333, small habitat restoration projects, because it involves revegetation of disturbed areas that do not exceed 5 acres in size.
