- Document Description
- The proposed project will replace a 72 inch existing culvert, which has failed due to storm events, with a culvert sized similarly to a pair of 60" diameter High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. The project will also construct the appropriate headwalls and reconstruct Little Fuller Road. The project will require construction of a temporary bridge, geotechnical, survey, and civil engineering consultant services, construction testing and inspection costs and construction costs for permanent repairs.

- After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15269 and Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines. Emergency repair and restoration projects are statutorily exempt, as defined in Section 15269 and the repair of Little Fuller Road, an existing roadway facility, is categorically exempt as defined in Section 15301.
