- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0176-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sierra Pacific Industries as represented by Mr. Dan Ziebron. The project is limited to removal of a culvert that has been plugged with sediment from a recent mudslide. The work will consist of the culvert removal and returning the channel grade back to its natural condition. Stream banks will be laid back and the disturbed soil stabilized with straw to prevent sediment from entering watercourse. Waterbars will be installed on the road to prevent runoff from entering the disturbed area.
