Document Description
To maintain existing highway facilities, Caltrans proposes an overlay project on State Route 198. The project would remove 0.15' of the existing asphalt concrete roadway and overlay with rubberized asphalt, as well as placing up to three feet of shoulder backing. No new right of way would be required.
