Document Description
Pacific Pipeline needs to conduct maintenance activities on its 20-inch diameter crude oil transmission pipeline. Pacific Pipeline holds a permanent easement for pipeline maintenance, however, the scope of work required extends beyond the paramters of this easement. This review is for the purpose of issuing a Right of Entry Permit to allow the company to conduct necessary work and stage equipment for approximately six weeks to complete the project.
