Document Description
It has been determined that this item expired and is stored at the Lake County AQM facility in Lakeport, CA. DTSC has determined as a safety precaution to prevent an accident or severe injury, an Emergency Permit should be issued to Lake County AQM. Clean Harbors Environmental Services (CHES) will treat the hazardous waste by adding solution to reduce the reactive or ignitable characteristics of the chemicals prior to transporting off site. Treatment will take place within designated exclusion zones adjacent to the buildings. Only reactive material CHES technicians will be allowed in the exclusion zones.
