Document Description
The San Mateo County Resource Conservation District (RCD), in partnership with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and Trout Unlimited, is proposing to improve water storage capacity and water use efficiency in San Mateo County, California to reduce summer diversions from Pescadero Creek for the benefit of native threatened and endangered steelhead trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch). Project design and construction are funded through the Prop 84 Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWM) from the California Department of Water Resources.
