The Pilot Project is a temporary feasibiliy study intended to collect basic data necessary to evaluate and determine whether the subject property is suitable to serve as a groundwater recharge site for the benefit of the Southern San Joaquin Municipal District ("District") and City of Delano. On a temporary basis during 2017, the District will convey a portion of its existing excavated stormwater darainage operations).
