Project activities are limited to an anomaly investigation and repair of the 16-inch Line 200 pipeline that transports crude oil from the Kern County area to the Phillips 66 refinery in Rodeo, California. The instream portion of the Project will span approximately 25 feet of the stream channel starting from the southern bank; the channel is wide at this location compared to upstream and downstream widths.
