- The project is limited to the following activities: 1) installation and maintenance of water system infrastructure within the channel of Iron Creek and two unnamed tributaries to Iron Creek, and 2) diversion of water from a total of three points of diversion, (PODs 1-3). Water will be diverted under State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) Division of Water Rights initial statement of water diversion and use and/or registration for Small Domestic Use (SDU) appropriation. The project proposes to divert up to one acre-foot of water per year, at a maximum rate of 10 gallons per minute (gpm).
