Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit and subsequent easement to Contra Costa County (the County) to lands in Mount Diablo State Park for the construction of a retaining wall and the repair of Morgan Territory Road. Work will:
* Install retaining wall ground anchors that will lie approximately 15 feet below the ground surface, and extend approximately 115 feet horizontally in to State Park land; and
* Remove up to nine (9) trees that are damaged and/or will be affected by construciton of the retaining wall within the County Right-of-way.
