Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0034-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Vince Affinito.
The Project is limited to the construction of a 1,900 square foot home on a 1.44-acre parcel in the City of Orinda. The Project will construct a single-family residence with attached garage adjacent to and within approximately 600 square feet of an unnamed culverted drainage.
