NCTD requires an overhaul of the existing train wash system at Stuart Mesa Rail Facility based on age and condition of existing components. The existing mechanical parts; brushes, conduits, valves, pumps are no longer effective at cleaning the trains. Mass transit riders would benefit from having clean trains.
