Document Description
The project includes the development of a residential neighborhood that would consist of up to 200 condominiums (1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms) in fifteen 3-story buildings (some with four story elements), approx 300 parking spaces (garage and covered), and associated common areas and amenities, landscaping, pathways, and small open space areas would be installed throughout the site. Other planned neighborhood amenities include a recreation center, fitness center, and swimming pool. The project also includes internal roads and infrastructure improvements. The project may also include improvements to the existing ROW, including addition of landscaping and lighting, and improvements to the adjacent San Francisco Bay Trail segment.
