The proposed project would involve the demolition of 9,100 sf of existing commercial buildings and removal of existing parking lots and construction of one mixed-use building and one multi-family residential building totaling 70,587 sf. The buildings would include 19,798 sf of commercial space and 50 total residential units. One of the buildings would front El Camino Real and the other would front Acacia Ave.
