Document Description
Watt Communities proposes to develop 261 single-family units on approx. 32 acres. The residences would be organized in five villages around the periphery of the site and would include a variety of housing types. The remaining 23 acres of the site, including the creek corridor in the center of the site would be devoted to open space and recreation uses, including trails and parks.
