American River Ranch Parking Lot, Project ID 2019082 will place gravel over the existing 20,703 square foot dirt parking as the first phase in paving the parking lot; install curbs and pedestrian pavers, deer fencing around the perimeter of the lot, irrigation stub outs for future plantings, and partner signage; reconstruct an existing drainage inlet located in the middle of the lot, and relocate a guy-wire from the proposed ADA parking area.
