Document Description
The proposed project would expand parking and pedestrian and bicycle access for Soil Born Farms. The Soil Born Farms parking lot would be improved with lighting, the existing asphalt driveway would be repurposed to a class 1 10-ft wide multi-use path and a 22-ft wide two-way vehicular asphalt roadway would be installed and named as new Soil Barn Farms Rd. Entry signs to both Soil Born Farms and Hagan Community Park would be installed along with new up-lights to enhance entries. LED, energy efficient street lights would also be installed at the Hagan Community Park entrance and the Soil Born Farms paved parking lot to match the same style lighting as found in the Cordova HS Performing Arts parking lot.
