Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Cuesta Heights Water Storage. The Project includes the following: a)Abandon and dismantle three (3) storage tanks; b)Install a new 600,000 gallon water storage tank in the Columbia/Gibbs Water System; c)Install two (2) new pump stations; d)Install five (5) new pressure reducing stations or Pressure Reducing Valves (PRV); e)Construct 1,800 linear feet of new ten (10) inch water main from Sawmill Flat Road to the existing Pedro Y Storage Tank; f)Replace the existing Pedro-Y Tank with a new welded steel tank of the same or lesser dimensions, capacity, and elevation as the existing tank Construct 3,400 linear feet of new ten (10) inch supply water main along Shaws Flat Road to the proposed Cuesta Heights Tank; g)Construct 3,050 linear feet of new ten (10) inch distribution water main along Shaws Flat Road from the proposed Cuesta Heights Tank; h)Construct 550 linear feet of new ten (10) inch water main from the existing 126K Storage Tank around the existing 420K Storage Tank; i)Abandon and dismantle three (3) pump stations

Improvements would be located on the following Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs): 35-070-51 (Cuesta Heights Tank and supply and distribution mains), 35-070-35 (Cuesta Heights Pump Station and supply and distribution mains), 33-040-31, 35-010-73 (pipeline from Sawmill Flat Road to Pedro Y Tank), 33-381-20 (Gopher Tank), 34-330-21 (420K Tank and 420K Pump Station), 35-131-29 (Saratoga Tank and two pressure reducing stations), 34-330-21, 34-330-24, 34-370-15, and 34-330-17 (pipeline that connects the 126K Tank and the distribution system just below the 420K Tank) or within the right-of-way of Shaws Flat Road, Gibbs Drive and Redbud Drive.
