Document Description
This amendment to the original NOD was prepared for minor technical changes and none of the conditions described in Section 15162 of the CEQA Statute and Guidelines have occurred. The minor change in project scope involves replacing the Pedro-Y Tank with a new welded steel tank instead of rehabilitating the existing tank through sandblasting and recoating. The new tank will be the same size and in the same location as the existing tank.
