The proposed quick service restaurant would include indoor seating for 84 guests, outdoor seating for 20 guests, restrooms, a dining area, self-serve beverage bar area, kitchen and food preparation areas, cooler and storage areas, and employee office and dressing rooms. The restaurant would operate seven days a week, from 10:00 am to 1:00 am Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 am to 1:30 am on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant would be staffed by approx 10-12 employees per shift, with three shifts per day. The project also includes a new 65-ft tall freeway sign.
